This video is shocking for anyone who's stayed in a hotel and used the bathroom glasses or coffee cups in the rooms. Jesus, hadn't even thought of this - eeeugghhh!
Jesus Christ Almighty! There's just so much wrong in that clip I don't know where to start.
When I was a flightie I stayed in one hotel that was a bit dodgier than the standard. We had two crews in there every night and the hotel simply assigned the same six rooms to us. One night I found a note from one of my friends (who had slept there the night before) informing me "if you can read this then you need new sheets!" Classy place.
I am not surprised! But then, I started off as a chambermaid in a small hotel. Many years ago...
Ewwww to what the Hangar Queen says about bedsheets!
And ..... since my chambermaid days, if I am in a hotel with a bloke and certain activities happen that leave a mark then I must be the only person in the world who insists on washing that bit of the sheet in the sink. Hubby was quite shocked with me ;-)
Hangar Queen / Doris, it's very disturbing to see that clip particularly when you travel a bit with work and end up staying in hotels quite a lot :( Was reminded by friends who work in hospitality that they just can't think about things like that - they'd never sleep in hotels otherwise and that in many hotels in Ireland - cups and glasses don't leave the rooms as standard!!!!
Even though I'm a fat, barren, spinster in dire need of a housekeeper I choose to describe myself as "A single thirtysomething Irish woman who is down to earth, far from skinny, intelligent, and chatty" (well in the personal ads at any rate!)
