But then when you are learning to drive you do end up concentrating very hard driving the car.

JL: Theres always one cocky fecker isn't there, did he get lessons and take the test again?Curly Khttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17429084955670398882noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19927271.post-1141206375124006752006-03-01T09:46:00.000+00:002006-03-01T09:46:00.000+00:00A friend of mine applied for the test for lorry-dr...A friend of mine applied for the test for lorry-driving, yet was so sure of himself he didn't bother taking lessons. On the day of the test he got into the cab, started the engine and immediately the thing jolted and both he and the tester whacked their heads off the ceiling! He suggested to the tester that there may not be any point in continuing, and he was met with full agreement.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13441809988487585009noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19927271.post-1141160407090675722006-02-28T21:00:00.000+00:002006-02-28T21:00:00.000+00:00I actually can't drive myself but when my sister w...I actually can't drive myself but when my sister was learning to drive she had a funny incident, that to be honest could have been quite dangerous.

She was driving down the Belgard Road in Tallaght in Dublin when she noticed that it was "very foggy" outside. Switching on her fog lights she continued to drive but was pondering why it was still difficult to see and came to the conclusion that it must be "really bloody foggy out".

It was only when a Garda (police) car pulled her over, lights and sirens going good-o and pulled her from her car that she realised that in fact it WASN'T foggy out...but it was very bloody SMOKY INSIDE her car...because her engine was on fire! The smoke and steam had been billowing back into the car and she had been putting on the fog lights and window wipers in vain in a bid to clear "the fog".

Funny now, but who knows what would have happened if it weren't for that Garda!!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13441809988487585009noreply@blogger.com
